About us

ADAOZ HAIR was created in 2023 by Catherine due to her passion in growing long and healthy hair.
It all started when she couldn’t revive her daughter’s damaged hair due to frequent use of texturizer which led her to cut off her hair completely (down to the scalp). She started trying to regrow her hair again by using different products from stores and online but still wasn’t getting the result she wanted. Maybe due to her impatience.
Catherine decided to try out some DIY recipes using 100% natural ingredients from her kitchen and little by little she started seeing results. She did more research, got better at formulating the right and effective ingredients and her daughter’s hair started growing even faster and healthily including her hairline that was almost balding.

In October 2023, she shared one of her DIY recipes on Instagram which went viral with over 35 million views. So she decided create AdaOz Hair to help out black men, women, and children in nurturing and growing their hair naturally using the right product.
